From time to time, when The Landlord Group are instructed to write a solicitor's letter before action chasing renting arrears, a landlord may wish for us to include other items at the same time. There might be items of disrepair which your tenant has caused or they may be causing a nuisance and/or owe you for utility bills. Rather than instruct The Landlord Group to prepare separate letters before action, why not simply ask us to add those items to your original letter. Our prices are as follows:
